MBH is the science of mind over matter! This MBH course, or DSBH Therapy, is a blend of mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, body awareness, Surya Yoga at advanced levels, and other elements of yoga: learning through practice and discussion how our body handles, and can resolve, stress, stress-related diseases, and almost every other health issue at more advanced levels. Studies have proved role of mindfulness/ meditation even in serious diseases like cancer; as far as physical body is concerned, breathing exercises have a bigger role to play! The basic purpose of MBH is to prepare good humans – healthy in body, mind, spirit and social skills.

Yoga is the science of the future, from the past! Practiced and perfected by Yogis in India for thousands of years, the techniques of yoga asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercieses), dhyana (meditation) and other techniques were handed down from generation to generation. These techniques have a profound positive effect on health. At physical level, Yoga acts through its effect on the limbic–hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis (LHPA axis)millieu interiur, and hence, bodily functions can be controlled through Asanas, Pranayama, Dhyana, Kriyas, Mudras, and a lot more. A result of thousands of hours of dedicated, qualified research and development, this mindfulness and breathing therapy for healing is primarily a training in different mindfulness and breathing exercises done in a very specific order to harmonize milieu interiur, and more, to help you overcome health issues and achieve positive health. This introductory 100% free MBH E-course is designed to be the beginning of that journey, and to the fact that yoga really is the way towards greater, expanded consciousness. This is the base and a part of MBH or Dr Sahdev’s ‘Breathe and Heal’ Therapy (DSBH Therapy). This lays a solid foundation for increasingly deeper, intense, more elaborate and more effective, breathing and mindfulness exercises. While the absolute best way to learn MBH is in one-on-one sessions or with a live MBH class, where you have the benefit of interaction with the instructor and other class members, and the group support that this provides, sometimes that may not be possible because of different constraints – financial or logistical.

This material is also for those who have experienced a live class and who would like a structured review.

Though every care has been taken to keep it brief and concise, the subject matter has been treated in a little more detail at places for the sake of clarity and complete treatment of the concepts; take your time to let everything sink in.
