Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your digestion, feel energized or to boost your immune system, the SAVY Yoga Boot Camp is the perfect way to bring balance back to your body. SAVY Yoga Boot Camp is based on the principles of Ayurveda, India’s ancient science of life, and it is also designed to reduce toxins in the body by supporting the liver and other major organs of digestion and elimination. The detox diet guidance features nutritious whole foods and removes foods that can increase toxicity leading to discomfort and illness. Boot Camp class helps you boost metabolism, increase lean muscle mass and core strength, and leaves you feeling calm, clear and connected.

Join us every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY from 4:00 – 5:00pm (July 3rd – 29th & August 5th – 28th) in July or August, at SAVY Yoga Studio, where you will experience a head to toe, non-stop, butt kicking, body shaping, 60 minute great cardiovascular Boot Camp workout.
