To stay safe in a Yoga class, learning basics first is important. You may start with Yoga4Less; the classes are meant for beginners. When you are ready or for more targeted approach, you may opt for a broader and more specialized Base Yoga program.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY
Classical Yoga is about ashta anga – the eight steps: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. SAVY Yoga teaches the control of body and mind through these steps as well as tristhana – breath, drishti, bandhas, alignment and, then, some more! We strive hard to hand over Yoga to you in its original, unadulterated form! Inspired adherence to eight pillars or steps of yoga bestows one with a calm mind and fit body and leads one towards an emancipated life and attaining moksha or liberation.
