With your patronage, love and kind support, SAVY Yoga has been growing from strength to strength since its inception in 2011. Conceived to be an island of excellence for Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy and related branches , SAVY has always striven to bring the best in traditional Yoga and Ayurveda to you, in its full potential and enormity.
At SAVY, Yoga is not just another exercise form; it’s a potent tool not only to stay healthy, but also to regain health if any component of health gets compromised. We have been working hard towards that end and have introduced many beneficial programs including ‘Dr Sahdev’s ‘Breathe and Heal’ Program and SAVY Yoga Cancer Support Services some time back. A lot more is on way!
Now, we are making this true traditional form of Yoga available to you in our all new Wortley Road – Old South London location also!
It’s heartening to announce that this new location for SAVY Yoga will be operational from June 11, 2018!
Join us at our new Yoga Studio at the Wortley Village-Old South Heritage Conservation District of London with an established, recognizable suburban streetscape from 1915! Connect with yourself amongst the large concentration of heritage architectural styles and cityscape.
Right in the heart of London, we’ll be offering group classes at this location.
